Rules and Regulations
Government regulations require "The Customer" to add the yeast
and to participate in the bottling!
Following is a list of rules and regulations as outlined by the L.C.B.O. that we must abide by, in order to stay in operation. Please help us by following these rules and not asking us to break them.


ALWAYS

  • Check ID of people suspected of being under 19 years of age.

  • Remind customer that these products are for their own personal
                  consumption AND that re-sale of these products is illegal.

  • Ensure products are filled into generic containers (No brand names).

    NEVER

  • Allow anyone to drink alcohol (including samples) on our premises.

  • Allow people under 19 to make wine on our premises.

  • Allow anyone who appears to be intoxicated to make beer or wineon our premises.

  • Manufacture wine for others.

  • Sell ready-made wine.

  • Re-use bottles of brand name products.

  • Encourage customer to brew high-alcohol content products.
